This ground-up project in New York was done remotely. Collaborating with the homeowners, their GC and architect from the initial concept was key. Services provided were architectural plan review with suggested interior spatial planning revisions, kitchen and bathrooms design, laundry and mud room design, and finishes and fixtures selection.
