Modern Minimalism

This ground-up residence in Los Gatos was designed as a fully custom, high-performance home—where advanced technology and thoughtful design work in quiet alignment. Developed for a client in the tech industry, the home integrates smart systems, lighting, and motorization at every level, including a circadian lighting strategy calibrated to support daily rhythms and overall well-being.

Our role focused on the interior full design of the home—from kitchen and bath planning to custom millwork, material selections, and furnishings. Each space was carefully considered for both precision and livability, balancing minimalism with warmth to support a growing family and long-term use. The result is a highly tailored environment—technically sophisticated, deeply personal, and designed to evolve with the lives unfolding within it.
